Here are threads that I cut, cutting tools that I ground, a block that I drilled and an angle plate that I created. The threads had specific relief cuts with .005 tolerance, chamfers with 1/2 degree tolerance and two different threads of 3/4″–16 UNF 3A & 5/8″–11 UNC 2A. The cutting tools I ground from stainless steel for cutting threads, chamfers and turning parts on the mill. The block required reaming, a press fit, internal threading, countersinking, and hand filing 45 degree edges. The angle plates perpendicularity is within one ten-thousandths on all sides and was milled the whole way through.
